How can i schedule a shoot...
- Scheduling has never been easier! Simply head over to our Book A Shoot page and pick the time and date that works best for you!
What is your turnaround time...
- We work hard to ensure you get your photos and videos as quickly as possible. Depending on the package you choose, photographs will be delivered within 24 hours after the shoot. Videos will take between 36-48 hours after the shoot.
How do I pay...
- Paying is as simple as swiping your card, writing a check, or hitting the ATM for cash. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
I don't like that lamp, will you photoshop it out for me...
- We are able to keep our prices low by not photoshopping objects out of the pictures. If there is something you would like removed from the photo, be sure to remove it before we photograph the room. We will photoshop a nice blue sky in if it happens to be an overcast day, at no extra cost.
Will the photographer help with staging...
- Of course we will...without touching anything. Our photographers will be more than happy to help direct you in placing the object in the right position. We don't allow our photographers and videographers to move objects for liability reasons.
How do we get the photos and video...
- We have made it very simple to get your photographs and video to you. We send everything right to your email using a file transferring system. It's as simple as click, download, and posting right to your MLS.
